It is hereby notified that, with effect from Monday, 28 September 2026, all faculty members, teaching and administrative staff, and other employees are required wear and visibly display their official University ID Card while on campus. All concerned employees are directed to strictly comply with this instruction. The respective Heads of Departments/Administrative Officers are requested to ensure its implementation and compliance within their respective departments/offices. Any staff member found without wearing or visibly displaying their official University ID Card while on campus shall be subject to appropriate action by the University Administration. This notification shall be effective from Monday, 28 September 2026.
